Guidelines for using “Sealrust VCI® Poly Products”
Sealrust VCI® Anti-Corrosion Poly Product was tested in “Salt Spray Chamber” as per ASTM B-117. The tests were carried out at Department of Corrosion Science & Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, India in year 2003, and ELCA Quality Systems & Calibrations Pvt Ltd (NABL Certified Lab) in year 2025
Steel samples were observed after 1,000 hours. No trace of corrosion was observed
Thus, Sealrust VCI® was effective in controlling the corrosion of steel, in “1000 hours salt spray test”.

Sealrust VCI® Poly Product: Tensile Strength Test
Sealrust VCI® Anti-Corrosion Poly Product was tested by SGS India Pvt Ltd, a NABL-accredited laboratory, for its strength.
When SGS tried testing the ‘standard 25 mm width’, the plastic film did not break. So, the lab had to reduce the width to 10 mm to complete the test !!
This shows that Sealrust VCI® has excellent strength and durability.
This independent testing gives our customers, added confidence in the quality and performance of Sealrust VCI®.
